Watco operates a 24/7 Service Hotline.

When you call, we will help you to troubleshoot the problem and isolate the most likely causes. We discuss anything that could be an issue or cause a delay.

Our goal is to ensure that you get trouble free service and to minimise callouts.
Everything is planned for minimum down time. If the problem can't be fixed on the spot, the backroom team is alerted ASAP, ensuring priority delivery of necessary parts and fittings.

When we leave the site, you get a detailed worksheet that itemises work done and any issues identified. This ensures a quality trail that can inform you, your operatives, Watco and our suppliers.

The Service Team – Dedicated Professionals
The Watco Service team are professionals who are working to make the project right, not just jobbers out to earn a wage. They are fully qualified, undertaking an initial 3-year training programme, then topping up with specialist course and clinics from our trade organisations and suppliers.

The Work Isn't Done 'til the Paperwork is Finished
If there is something wrong with equipment, installation or operation, it goes on the worksheet.

If it is our fault, we fix it.
